1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your choice. Every course purchased from RodLearnHub is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you are dissatisfied within those 14 days, contact us at info@rodlearnhub.com with your order reference and we will issue a full refund.

2. Eligibility

The 14-day guarantee applies provided that:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
• No more than 30% of the course material has been accessed or downloaded.
• The purchase was made directly through rodlearnhub.com.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Where applicable, the following are non-refundable: certificates already issued, one-to-one mentoring sessions that have been delivered, and bespoke corporate training packages once the engagement has begun.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@rodlearnhub.com with:

• The email address used at checkout.
• The order or transaction reference number.
• A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly prefer to handle disputes directly. If you have any concern about a charge, please reach out before initiating a chargeback — we are committed to a fair resolution and respond quickly.
